Hi everyone! Today I want to tell you about a special decision I made.Last week, I decided that I wanted to learn how to play the piano. I`ve always loved listening to music, and I thought it would be fun to learn how to make my own music too.I talked to my parents about it, and they thought it was a great idea. So, we went to the music store and found a small keyboard that I could practice on at home. It was so exciting to pick out my very own instrument! The next step was finding a teacher to help me learn. My mom asked around and found a piano teacher who lived nearby. Her name is Mrs. Smith, and she`s really nice. We scheduled my first lesson for the following week. When the day of my first lesson arrived, I was feeling a little nervous. But as soon as I met Mrs. Smith, she made me feel comfortable and excited to learn. She showed me how to sit at the piano and how to position my fingers on the keys. Then, she taught me how to play a simple song.At first, it was a little tricky to coordinate my fingers and make the right notes, but Mrs. Smith was patient and encouraging. She told me that learning to play the piano takes practice and that it`s okay to make mistakes as long as I keep trying. After my lesson, I couldn`t wait to practice at home. I sat down at my keyboard and played the song Mrs. Smith had taught me over and over again until I got it just right. It felt amazing to be able to make music!I`ve been practicing every day since then, and I can already see myself improving. I`m so glad that I decided to learn how to play the piano. It`s challenging, but it`s also a lot of fun, and I know that with practice and determination, I`ll get better and better. That`s all about my decision to learn how to play the piano. Have you ever made a special decision like that? I`d love to hear about it!
